Her work focuses on translating vision into clear, executable frameworks that perform across complex, multi-country and multi-stakeholder environments. With experience operating within international sport ecosystems—including federations, member associations, public institutions, and commercial partners—Namai brings a systems-oriented perspective to sport development and governance. She is known for aligning policy, strategy, and delivery, ensuring that programmes, competitions, and investments generate measurable outcomes while upholding integrity, fairness, and accountability.
